I followed a link from someone else's blog ( I wish I could remember who to thank them!) to Qmee, which is a little thing you add to your toolbar and when you search for stuff as normal, a little box pops up suggesting links and you get paid a few pennies for clicking the links (all safe shopping sites). I just requested my payment of what I had built up yesterday, got £1.19 into my paypal account immediately. Ok so it's not millions but I was only searching google like I normally would.
